Shipping policy

At Best Offers 24x7, we aim to deliver your products safely across India. We partner with reliable courier companies including Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, Shadowfax, and India Post to handle our shipments.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & VERIFICATION

  • We process all prepaid orders within 1-2 business days.

  • COD Orders: Orders placed via Cash on Delivery require phone or WhatsApp confirmation before dispatch. We will put unconfirmed orders on hold or cancel them.

  1. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES

Shipping times depend on your delivery location:

  • Metro Cities (Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Kolkata, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3 to 6 business days

  • Rest of India: 5 to 9 business days

  • North-East, Jammu & Kashmir, and Remote Areas: 7 to 12 business days

Note: Delivery times may be affected during national holidays, extreme weather events, or regional disruptions.

  1. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard Delivery: ₹[e.g., 49] or FREE on prepaid orders above ₹[e.g., 499].

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A non-refundable COD handling charge of ₹[e.g., 50] may apply at checkout.

  1. ORDER TRACKING

Once your package is handed over to the courier partner, you will receive an SMS/WhatsApp/Email notification containing your Tracking Number (AWB) and a tracking link to follow your shipment in real time.

  1. UNDELIVERED / RETURN TO ORIGIN (RTO) PACKAGES

If a shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, wrong pincode, or customer unavailability after multiple delivery attempts:

  • For Prepaid Orders: Reshipping charges of ₹[e.g., 100] will apply to re-dispatch the order.

  • For COD Orders: Future COD privileges may be disabled for your account.
